A 12.5% discretionary gratuity (which is not subject to VAT) will be added to your bill.

95% of this gratuity is distributed to restaurant staff through a system which they control. The balance of 5% is used to cover bank, credit card and other processing charges from which we do not make a profit.

All our staff are paid at least the National Minimum Wage before taking into account any tips, gratuities or service charges which customers may chose to pay.
