A 13.5% discretionary gratuity (which is not subject to VAT) will be added to your bill.

Approximately 95% of this gratuity is distributed to restaurant staff. The balance of approximately 5% is used to cover bank, credit card and other processing charges from which we do not make a profit

All our staff are paid at least the National Minimum Wage before taking into account any tips, gratuities or service charges which customers may chose to pay.
